Mrs. Ashwini Desai is our Senior Accountant. She's with us since Mastermind Bike's inception. She's the backbone of our daily operations be it supply issues or logistics, She sorts out challenge's with a big smile. Mrs. Desai is a Commerce Graduate and singing and dancing are her favourite past-time. She loves cooking and also foodie.

Mrs. Seema Gaonkar is our Assistant Accountant. She's with us since the start of Mastermind Bike's and is a Commerce Graduate. Her favourite Past-Time is powerlifting and weight training. Mrs. Gaonkar represented Maharashtra in powerlifting and bagged a Silver Medal. She has a strong personality and always cheerful.

Mr. Pankaj Maru is our Supervisor Manager at Mastermind Bikes since 2019. He's adept in the Cycling and the Retail industry, Starting early with Decathalon. Mr. Maru is a Marathonner who's run several Half-Marathon's with his best time being 1.45. He's also our go-to guy when it comes to Bike-fitting and fine tuning of our high end bikes. Overall he's a fantastic team player who motivates our tightly knit team.

Mr. Bheem Rokaya is our Chief-Technican at Mastermind Bikes. A fervid Mountain Biker himself, He's won Gold Medal's at The National Mountain Biking Championship in the year 2020 and 2021. He rides the bespoke Factor Lando XC. Mr. Rokaya is the biking scene since 2014 passionately fixing our top of the line bikes. He's known as the Bike Doctor around the city.

Mr. Sanket Upadhaya is our Assistant Supervisor Manager. He's been with us since 2020 and is a Ultra-Cyclist and a Ultra-Runner. He preaches 'The body achieves what the mind believes.” At the moment he's pursuing his degree in Business Administration. Mr. Upadhaya aims to qualify for the Berlin Marathon which is considered to be the toughest.

Mr. Parth Deshmukh is the youngest Manager of Mastermind Bikes Mumbai since 2021. He's a Graduate in Business Management from Mumbai University. Mr. Deshmukh is a fervent cyclist who started off from a basic Hercules cycle and now currently riding a Full Carbon Cervelo. He's turned his passion into a full time job and strives to provide exceptional customer experience.

Mr. Margesh Narvekar is the Creative Content Developer for Mastermind Bikes. He's a Masters in Films and TV from Mumbai University and has a vast and varied experience in the field of Photography. Always Cheerful and energetic, He makes sure that the media and content on our web page is Breath-Taking.

Mr. Subhash Sabale is ourChief logistics Manager. He's been with us since our very beginning. He's one of our most strongest pillars in our family. Mr. Sabale is a Do It All which means he's a very good technican of high end bikes and also excels in day to day office work.

Ms. Kamble is our Assistant Accountant and been with us since 2020. She's a Graduate in Commerce. A fanatical dancer, She loves expressing herself through dance and music. Aditi loves playing badmington and also enjoys cycling. She's a big foodie and aspires to be a senior accountant soon.

Ms. Darde is our Assistant Accountant. She's a new addition to our Mastermind Family. She's a Masters in Commerce from Mumbai University. Her favourite past-time is cooking and origami.

Mr. Bora is our Housekeeper at Mastermind Bikes Mumnbai. Every time you enter our Showroom everyting around is as Neat as a Pin. All the Credit goes to Mr. Bora.
