RIM DYNAMIC BALANCE
It is quite simple to implement: place an equal-weight item on the opposite side of the gasket so that the weight is balanced. Two oversized spokes are used in the section opposite the joint to create the effect.

Spokes and the hub housings are constructed to create a solid and unmovable whole. The result is that the spokes never lose their initial tension
The asymmetrical rear rim profile allows for better balancing of spoke tensions between drive and non drive side, giving better symmetry to an asymmetric component. Advantages: increased efficiency and reactivity are sure to be noted.
