What is the use of a Drivetrain Cleaner ?

Water alone is not effective to remove the stubborn grease and dirt stuck to your chain and drivetrain parts. A degreaser is a special chemical liquid which reacts with the grease and loosens it off the surface of the drivetrain parts.

Post application, spraying a water jet onto the drivetrain will remove all the grease and leave your drivetrain sparkling clean. Then you can apply lube for the best rider experience.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

 

Step 1: Shake the bottle vigorously.

Step 2: Spray all over the drive train including cassette, chainrings, chain and derailleurs.

Step 3: Leave for up to 30 minutes and agitate with a brush if required.

Step 4: After agitation thoroughly rinse off with water making sure all of the formula has been removed.

Step 5: You will notice that all the grime and sticky grease has come off the drivetrain.

Step 6: The driverain cleaner has done its job. Now you can lubricate your drivetrain using Muc-Off lube.

Step 7: Your bike drivetrain is now clean and ready to ride.
