SUPER-THIN AERO SEATPOST

The thin new seatpost is made possible by relocating the Shimano Di2 battery housing inside the seat-tube and mounted from behind the bottom bracket. This has the added benefit of avoiding seatpost removal for battery access, which reduces the risk mis-adjustment leading to incorrect height, slippage or damage from over-tightening.

WIDE STANCE FORK

The new wide stance fork features Factor's highly innovative Reversing Flow Energizing Channel. Both the channel and the fork’s wide stance address the aerodynamic challenge of incoming airflow meeting the ‘reversing flow’ of air carried by the wheel and tyre moving forwards through the fork

BLACK INC INTEGRATED AERO BARSTEM

The barstem is the benchmark aero cockpit, combining leading aerodynamics with refined ergonomics and a feather light weight. Its highly developed shape, with drops flared by 30mm, boosts control and significantly reduces the drag of the combined bike and ride.

CERAMICSPEED T47A BB

The T47 standard for threaded bottom brackets ensures a secure fit, easy maintenance, and contributes to exceptional power transfer. Fast-spinning Ceramicspeed bearings ensure ultimate efficiency.

ELECTRONIC SHIFTING ONLY

In line with customer demand and enabling aero drag and weight savings, the OSTRO is built exclusively for electronic shifting groupsets.

FULL INTEGRATION

Fully internal cabling brings further gains and Factor has achieved this while maintaining a 1⅛” top headset bearing for optimized frontal area, whereas internal cabling gives out a premium look on your bicycle.

100% CARBON LAYUP

Factor has renowned expertise in carbon fibre. Manufactured in their own facility, they are able to iterate almost endlessly during the R&D phase of any project. For the OSTRO, the carbon layup was continuously refined in order to achieve a high level of frame compliance without sacrificing any of the power transfer efficiency.
